What does X points / 1 RON mean?

For every leu spent you receive 5/6/7 points, depending on your Cochețica Royalty level.

How do I earn points in the Cochețica Royalty program?

For every order placed on the site, you automatically receive points based on your Cochetica Royalty level.

The higher you advance in levels, the more points you earn for each leu spent.

How do I use points for discounts?

Select the number of points you wish to convert into a discount code, which you can apply to your next order.

To use your points, you must have a minimum of 2,000 points accumulated in your account.

How do I upgrade to a higher level (Silver or Gold)?

You advance to a higher level when you accumulate the necessary number of points for that level. Progress is calculated based on the total points earned in the program, even if some of them have already been used.

Points redeemed for discounts do not reduce your progress towards the next level.

When do I receive my birthday points?

Birthday points are awarded to customers in the Silver and Gold tiers if their birth date is filled in their account at least 30 days before their birthday.

This benefit is granted once a year.
