Shipping Policy

The delivery fee for Romanian territory is 19.5 lei.

The product delivery time is currently 2-3 calendar days from the moment your order is confirmed, with the exception of exceptional situations caused by major emergencies such as: unfavorable weather conditions, road blocks and accidents or other special situations strictly related to the courier company's work schedule, which may lead to delays in the delivery interval. In these situations, the delivery time may be longer, but will not exceed the maximum delivery time of 30 days according to GEO 34/2014, specified below:

"We will deliver the products by transferring physical possession or control of the products to you, without undue delay and in any case within the terms mentioned in the "Delivery time" section OR, within a maximum of 30 days from the conclusion of the contract. In the event that we do not fulfill our obligation to deliver the products at the time agreed with you or within the maximum period of 30 days, you have the right to request delivery within an additional period, corresponding to the circumstances. If we do not deliver the products within that additional period, you have the right, as the case may be, to terminate the contract. And our company will reimburse without undue delay all sums paid under the contract with you and within a maximum of 7 days from the date you notified us that you no longer wish to honor the contract."
