1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.cochetica.com and the purchase of products sold through it. By accessing and using the site, you fully and unconditionally accept these terms. 2.2. "Client" – any natural or legal person who places an order on the site, regardless of the purpose of the purchase.
2.3. "Order" – an electronic document through which the Client requests to purchase products from the site and confirms acceptance of the price and commercial terms.

3.1. Accessing and using the website implies compliance with all conditions imposed by current legislation.
3.2. The Seller reserves the right to modify or update the information on the site without prior notice.
3.3. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered during the account creation and order placement process.
4. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
4.1. The contract between the Seller and the Client is considered concluded upon the Seller's confirmation of the order via an email confirmation.
4.2. The Seller reserves the right to cancel orders in case of technical errors, lack of stock, or incorrect information provided by the Client.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
5.1. All prices displayed on the site are expressed in RON and include VAT according to applicable legislation.
5.2. Accepted payment methods are: bank card, cash on delivery, bank transfer, and other available methods specified on the site.
5.3. The Seller is not responsible for any additional costs charged by the Client's bank or other applicable taxes.
6. PRODUCT DELIVERY
6.1. Products are delivered by courier within the term specified when placing the order, the term varying depending on the recipient's location.
6.2. The Seller assumes no responsibility for delays caused by the courier company or unforeseeable events.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1. In accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, the Client has the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason.
7.2. Returned products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, without signs of use, and with all accessories included.
8. WARRANTIES AND SERVICE
8.1. Products benefit from a warranty according to current legislation, and its duration is specified in the description of each product.
8.2. After-sales services are provided according to the warranty policy displayed on the site, and for any issues, the Client must contact technical support.
9. USE OF VOUCHERS AND PROMOTIONS
9.1. Vouchers and promotions are valid according to the terms specified in the campaigns, and are not cumulative with other offers.
9.2. A voucher cannot be used in combination with other discounts, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

12. DISPUTES
12.1. Any dispute will be resolved amicably, and if not resolved, jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Romania.
12.2. Clients can resort to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available on the ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
13. FINAL PROVISIONS
13.1. The Seller reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
13.2. Any modification will be published on the site and will take effect from the date of publication.
