Welcome to Cochetica Royalty

Cochetica Royalty is our loyalty program created for customers who choose to return to COCHEȚICA. For every order placed on the site, you automatically accumulate points in your account, and these points can be converted into credit on the site for future orders.

The more points you accumulate, the higher you advance in levels and unlock better benefits: more points for every leu spent, gift points on your birthday, and free shipping on eligible orders.

How it works

1. You create an account on cochetica.com.

2. You place orders on the site and automatically receive points based on your level.

3. You accumulate a minimum of 2,000 points to be able to use them.

4. You convert points into credit on the site: 100 points = 1 leu discount.

5. As you accumulate total points, you advance through levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

Cochetica Royalty Levels

Point Value

Cochetica Royalty points can be converted into site credit as follows:

- 100 points = 1 leu site credit

- 2,000 points = 20 lei site credit

- 5,000 points = 50 lei site credit

- 12,500 points = 125 lei site credit

To use points, you must have a minimum of 2,000 points accumulated in your account.

Birthday Points

Silver and Gold customers receive birthday gift points, once a year, if the birth date is correctly completed in the account before the anniversary date.

Point Expiration

Points expire if no order is placed on the site for 12 consecutive months. Before expiration, we may send you warning notifications, according to the technical settings available in the loyalty platform.
