Main Terms of the Cochetica Royalty Program
1. Program Organizer
The Cochetica Royalty loyalty program is organized by KAPROS LORENA MARILENA PFA., with its registered office at Str. Cișmelei Nr. 2, Constanța, CUI RO41818938, hereinafter referred to as "Cochetica" or "the Organizer."

2. Eligibility
The program is available to customers who create a customer account on the cochetica.com website.
Participation in the program requires an active account on the website and adherence to these rules.
Cochetica reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel an account's participation if it detects abusive, fraudulent, or rule-breaking uses of the program.
3. Point Accumulation
Points are automatically accumulated for orders placed on the website, based on the customer's level at the time of placing the order.
Bronze level receives 5 points for every 1 eligible leu spent.
Silver level receives 6 points for every 1 eligible leu spent.
Gold level receives 7 points for every 1 eligible leu spent.
Points are calculated based on the value of eligible products, excluding VAT, shipping costs, and after applying any discount codes or promotions. Shipping costs, taxes, refunds, discounts, and ineligible amounts do not generate points.
Points are awarded when the order is placed, according to the technical settings of the loyalty platform.
4. Cancellations, Refusals, Refunds, and Returns
If an order is canceled, refused, fully refunded, or returned, Cochetica may cancel or withdraw the points associated with that order.
In the case of partial returns or refunds, points may be adjusted proportionally to the value of the returned or refunded products.
If points have already been used before the order cancellation, refusal, refund, or return, Cochetica may adjust the point balance or associated benefits of the account, to the extent permitted by the platform's technical settings.
5. Point Usage
Points can be used exclusively on the cochetica.com website, as credit/discount for future orders.
The standard conversion is: 100 points = 1 leu credit on the website.
To use points, the customer must have a minimum of 2,000 accumulated points in their account.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred to a bank account, and cannot be used outside the cochetica.com website.
Points can be used in conjunction with other discounts, to the extent permitted by the settings available at checkout and the rules of active campaigns.
6. VIP Levels
Cochetica Royalty levels are determined based on the total points earned by the customer within the program, including points obtained from orders and, where applicable, bonus points awarded through other actions or benefits.
The levels are: Bronze - from 0 to 2,500 total points earned; Silver - from 2,500 to 12,500 total points earned; Gold - over 12,500 total points earned.
Once a VIP level is reached, it remains permanently associated with the customer's account, except in cases of fraud, abuse, technical error, account cancellation, or program modification/suspension.
7. Benefits of Silver and Gold Levels
The Silver level benefits from 6 points for every 1 eligible leu spent, free shipping on orders over 150 RON, and 1,500 bonus birthday points.
The Gold level benefits from 7 points for every 1 eligible leu spent, free shipping on orders over 100 RON, and 5,000 bonus birthday points.
Free shipping benefits apply only to eligible orders and only if the indicated minimum thresholds are met. The availability of these benefits may depend on the store's technical settings, delivery area, and available delivery methods at checkout.
8. Birthday Bonus Points
Birthday points are only available to customers at Silver and Gold levels.
To receive birthday points, the customer must have created an account before their birthday and have their birth date correctly entered in the account.
Birthday points are awarded only once a year. Cochetica is not responsible for the non-award of the benefit if the birth date is not filled in, is filled in incorrectly, or is abusively modified.
9. Point Expiration
Points expire if the customer does not place any orders on the website for 12 consecutive months.
Upon expiration, the point balance may be reset to zero. Expiration applies to the available point balance in the account, not to each individual point.
Cochetica may send notifications before points expire, depending on the platform's technical settings and the customer's consent to commercial communications.
10. Modification, Suspension, or Termination of the Program
Cochetica reserves the right to modify the rules, benefits, thresholds, point value, eligibility conditions, expiration period, or any other element of the Cochetica Royalty program.
Cochetica may suspend or terminate the program, informing customers in accordance with applicable legislation and to the extent reasonably possible.
Modifications will be applicable from their publication date on the website or from a later date explicitly indicated.
11. Fraud, Abuse, and Improper Use
Cochetica may cancel points, benefits, VIP levels, or accounts that have been obtained or used through fraud, abuse, false orders, abusive returns, multiple accounts, attempts to manipulate the system, or any behavior contrary to the program's purpose.
Cochetica may review order and point history when there are reasonable indications of improper program use.
12. Limitations and Clarifications
The Cochetica Royalty program does not represent a financial instrument, a bank account, electronic money, or a claim convertible into cash.
Points represent a commercial benefit offered by Cochetica and can only be used under the terms of this program.
In case of discrepancies between the information displayed in the account and the actual technical settings of the platform, Cochetica will make reasonable efforts to correct the errors.
13. Personal Data
For the operation of the program, Cochetica may process data such as name, email address, order history, point balance, VIP level, and, if completed, date of birth.
Data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website. The customer can consult the privacy policy for information about their rights and how data is used.
