Welcome to Cochetica Royalty

Cochetica Royalty is our loyalty programme created for customers who love coming back to Cochetica. For every order placed on our website, you automatically earn points in your account, which can later be converted into site credit for future orders.

The more points you earn, the higher your Royalty level becomes — unlocking better benefits such as more points for every RON spent, birthday bonus points and free shipping on eligible orders.

How it works

  1. Create an account on cochetica.com.

  2. Place orders on the website and automatically earn points based on your Royalty level.

  3. Collect at least 2,000 points to start using them.

  4. Convert your points into site credit: 100 points = RON 1 discount.

  5. As you earn more total points, you move up through the Cochetica Royalty levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold.

Cochetica Royalty Levels

Level Total points earned Points on purchases Benefits
Bronze 0 – 2,500 points 5 points / RON 1 spent Access to the Cochetica Royalty programme and the ability to convert points into site credit.
Silver 2,500 – 12,500 points 6 points / RON 1 spent Free shipping on eligible orders over RON 150. 1,500 birthday bonus points.
Gold Over 12,500 points 7 points / RON 1 spent Free shipping on eligible orders over RON 100. 5,000 birthday bonus points.

Points Value

Cochetica Royalty points can be converted into site credit as follows:

  • 100 points = RON 1 site credit

  • 2,000 points = RON 20 site credit

  • 5,000 points = RON 50 site credit

  • 12,500 points = RON 125 site credit

To use your points, you must have at least 2,000 points available in your account.

Birthday Points

Silver and Gold customers receive birthday bonus points once per year, provided that the date of birth is correctly added to the account before the birthday date.

Points Expiry

Points expire if you do not place any order on the website for 12 consecutive months.

Before your points expire, we may send reminder notifications, depending on the technical settings available in the loyalty platform.
